In FY23, SUMAR is turning its focus to two select University priorities: enhancing performance management to include analyzing the effectiveness of flexible work at the University, and promoting integrated IT decision-making and cross-campus collaboration to achieve University strategic IT objectives. SUMAR will look for opportunities to evaluate and optimize programs, systems, and/or services in both administrative and academic units. In addition, the committee will continue its efforts toward increasing supplier diversity.
