Nora Buck

Nora Buck

Elinor (Nora) Buck serves as an associate director within the Office of the Vice President for Advancement, working closely with senior administrators and faculty across the University in support of both fundraising and engagement goals. Specifically, Nora liaises with the Office of the President, developing strategies for all Advancement-related work. She also plays a key role in the management of the Campaign Executive Steering Committee and the President’s Roundtable, cultivating relationships with members of these groups, including transformational donors.

Nora previously served University Advancement through roles on the principal gifts team, working with the University’s most capable donors, and as a development associate, where she gained exposure to all aspects of the Advancement operation and foundational knowledge of the field.

She graduated from Princeton University in 2017 with an A.B. in psychology and a certificate in technology and society, with a particular research focus on the relationship between perceptions of competence and gender. Her thesis work, entitled “Revealing Hidden Gender Biases in Competence Impressions of Faces,” was published in Psychological Science in 2018.

Originally from Philadelphia (though currently residing in Brooklyn), Nora is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She also enjoys cooking and sharing long meals and long walks with friends and family.

Kiwi Cheung

Kiwi Cheung

As a human resources information system (HRIS) systems associate in the Office of Human Resources, Kiwi Cheung is instrumental in administering and optimizing data from each employee or applicant. In this role, he takes great satisfaction in enhancing efficiency, creating solutions, and empowering colleagues through systems such as PeopleSoft (Enterprise Resource Planning Solution) and iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System). Whether he is transitioning paper forms to electronic formats or collaboratively working with other functional groups to address large-scale issues, he places a premium on teamwork.

Kiwi’s work at Princeton is grounded in prior experience as an HRIS data analyst and as a retirement benefit analyst intern, as well as his studies at Rutgers University, where he earned a B.A. in human resource management.

Kiwi's ability to thrive in the world of HRIS reflects a robust appreciation of the intricacies at the intersection of people and data analytics. He views each data point not merely as an employee number but also as a multifaceted individual, connecting data and people in a way that allows him to more fully understand the breadth of employee needs and the significance of their choices.

Jessi Clark

Jessi Clark

Jessi Clark joined the Office of Admission in 2022. In her role as an assistant director, she reviews first-year and transfer applications from domestic and international regions. She assists with athletic recruitment and the alumni interview process, working with alumni from around the world. In addition to recruiting and yielding prospective students, Jessi manages the office’s social media channels. She oversees student employees and connects with departments across campus to create content surrounding higher education and the undergraduate experience.

Jessi earned a B.S. in health and occupation and a M.S. in occupational therapy from Elizabethtown College. She became a licensed occupational therapist prior to arriving at Princeton.

Outside of work, Jessi can most likely be found pacing a marathon, teaching a yoga class, or searching for the best pizza spot in New Jersey.

Elysia Garza

Elysia Garza

Elysia joined Princeton University in 2022 as an admission officer to assist in the recruitment and review process of prospective undergraduate students. In this role she works on the diversity outreach team to facilitate and organize programming related to college access for students from underrepresented backgrounds, such as first-generation to college or low-income (FLI) students. As she begins her work in higher education, she is passionate about advocating for the needs of these students and beginning to break down the wall that stands between them and their futures.

She previously worked in the admission office at Bates College where she served as a student ambassador and senior fellow to encourage interest in the institution and strengthen yield rates. Elysia was also able to connect with her fellow Bates peers through various roles in the Office of Intercultural Education and Academic Resource Commons that revolved around supporting students in their intersecting identities. 

Elysia earned her B.A. in psychology with a minor in educational studies from Bates College in 2022. As a native Texan, she enjoys trips back to Houston that allow her to connect with prospective students as well as visit with her family in the area.

Leeshua Gibbons

Leeshua Gibbons

Leeshua Gibbons joined Conference and Event Services (CES) in 2022 as the business and compliance manager. In this role, she uses both sides of her brain to handle all budget and fiduciary responsibilities for CES and oversee five compliance areas for events across Princeton University. Through her compliance work, she is the minors on campus administrator, the central approver for food trucks, and the overseer of animals, alcohol, and merchandise sales on campus. Her committee work focuses on youth protection, professional development and recognition, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining Princeton, Leeshua demonstrated her leadership skills at New Jersey’s Superior Court Clerk’s Office (SCCO), where she spearheaded several initiatives. Her capabilities were evident in her successful management of units and her leadership in initiatives such as statewide electronic case jacket conversions and employee training and development.

As a first-generation college student, Leeshua’s intellectual prowess is evident in her academic achievements. She holds bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and human services along with minors in psychology and sociology from Villanova University, which is a testament to her depth of knowledge and commitment to learning.

Outside work, she loves trying new restaurants with her loving husband and keeping busy with her two young children. She is also the worship director and youth group coordinator for her church.

Samantha Gudger

Samantha Gudger

Samantha is the coordinator of event operations in the athletics department. In this capacity, she serves as the game day event manager for select home varsity athletic competitions, oversees the payment of all event staff and officials for Princeton Athletics’ 38 varsity teams, coordinates event staff workers, and collaborates with various groups within the athletic department to ensure athletic events run smoothly.

Before assuming her current position, Samantha began her Princeton career as the director of operations for track & field and cross country in 2021. In this role, she was responsible for managing the teams’ day-to-day operations and administration including travel coordination, alumni relations, and the management of rosters, equipment, and home varsity competitions.

Samantha is a graduate of Carson-Newman University (CN), where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in youth athletics and recreational management, and a Master in Education with an emphasis in coaching. While at CN, Samantha was a captain of the track and field team, and served as a graduate assistant coach and director of operations. In her free time she enjoys knitting baby blankets, trivia, spending time with her nieces and nephew and visiting her family in Tennessee.

Kitty Helm

Kitty Helm

Kitty Helm, the sustainability engagement program coordinator in the Office of Sustainability, specializes in undergraduate mentorship, community-building, and advocating for environmental justice. She works to empower Princeton University’s emerging student leaders to make sustainable and equitable decisions through their student organizations and personal lives. She partners with Campus Life and student organizations, providing sustainable purchasing training, support for composting at events, and 1:1 consultation. She particularly enjoys building relationships and connecting students with the larger Princeton community through programs like the Princeton University Farmers’ Market and the Greening Move-out/ReSale.

She joined Princeton University in 2022 as a post-graduate sustainability fellow serving as a liaison between the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students and the Office of Sustainability. Prior to joining the university, she graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Science in environmental studies. During her time at Elon, she worked as an EcoRep for Elon’s Office of Sustainability, which inspired her to launch her career as a higher education sustainability leader.

Off campus, you can find her teaching yoga in downtown Princeton and Ewing, hiking in New Jersey parks, or in the kitchen trying new vegetarian recipes. Through her life she strives to embody a holistic definition of sustainability with wellness and connection to nature at the forefront.

Aaron Jordan

Aaron Jordan

As the program coordinator for Princeton Student Agencies (PSA) in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students (ODUS), Aaron Jordan manages a variety of student-run businesses serving the Princeton community and works closely with a diverse range of students, helping them grow professionally and personally. He champions providing holistic student employment opportunities that highlight leadership, entrepreneurship, and equity.

Prior to Princeton, he focused on managing student employees and creating greater access in connecting students to alumni. Aaron has been student-centered in his education as well. He received his M.S.Ed in higher education from the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.S. in quantitative sciences with a concentration in sociology from Emory University, where he conducted multiple studies on various aspects of the college campus environment.

Aaron has a strong passion for cooking with particular love for Italian and Thai cuisine. In his free time, he enjoys developing recipes and is currently creating his own cookbook.

Ngoc Le

Ngoc Le

Ngoc Le currently serves as senior analyst, data science in the Office of University Advancement. In this capacity, she uses statistical modeling, data mining, analyses, and visualizations to identify ways to engage alumni, parents, and friends of the University. Ngoc first joined University Advancement in 2019 in the role of prospect management analyst, where she collaborated with fundraising teams on portfolio management, analyzed prospect data, and identified trends to raise critically important philanthropic support for the University’s highest priorities.

Ngoc holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a Master of Science in business analytics from Rutgers University.

In her free time, Ngoc enjoys reading, trying new cuisines during her travels, and spending time with her husband and two cats.

Carolina Martinez

Carolina Martinez

Carolina Martinez has been a member of the University Services team since 2022, contributing her expertise as the assistant finance manager. In this role, she provides crucial support to the departments of Transportation and Parking Services and Housing and Real Estate Services by meticulously managing and analyzing their annual combined budgets of $87 million, as well as efficiently processing daily financial transactions.

With nearly a decade of diverse professional experience, Carolina has sharpened her skills in consulting, finance, purchasing, accounting, and accounts payable. Besides her work at Princeton, her career trajectory includes roles at esteemed organizations such as Deloitte, Magna International, and Sealed Air, where she contributed significantly to financial and operational success.

Carolina earned her Bachelor's Degree in accounting from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico. She also holds an international business management diploma from INSEEC Business School in France. In her free time, Carolina enjoys reading, dancing, traveling locally and internationally with her husband, as well as playing with Cody, her newly-adopted dog.

Alaina O'Regan

Alaina O'Regan

As a science writer in Princeton’s Office of the Dean for Research, Alaina translates complex research into engaging stories that captivate and educate. By collaborating with Princeton University scientists, she helps bridge the gap between academia and the public, sharing the latest discoveries and breakthroughs through compelling news articles, videos and multimedia content.

She also contributes her marketing and communications skills to the National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps Northeast Hub — an entrepreneurship training program for researchers — where she leverages written articles, graphic design and social media to amplify the Northeast Hub's mission of transforming laboratory discoveries into real-world products and services, and broadening participation in entrepreneurship for underrepresented groups.

Alaina holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia with a minor in French. In her free time you'll find her rock climbing, seeing live music, practicing yoga or hanging out with her pet snake, Cassini.

Danielle Overbey

Danielle Overbey

Danielle Overbey is a contract administrator working as part of the Facilities Budget Procurement & Analysis (FBPA) team at Princeton University. In this role, she supports the physical renewal and growth of the campus, with a focus on existing spaces and how to improve them through responsible sourcing and engaging suppliers with different backgrounds and areas of expertise. They also have a hand in the very beginning stages of a project, in short there is just as much that goes on beneath the surface of a project as is visible to passersby.

Prior to Princeton University, she worked as a contract administrator for an engineering contractor supporting the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as Wegmans Food Markets in multiple roles for several years.

Danielle is currently pursuing an MBA from Montclair State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in humanities with a minor in psychology and the classics. It is there where she found her love of indoor gardening.

Alexandra Parado

Alexandra Parado

Alex Parado began in the Office of the Vice President for Campus Life at Princeton University in 2023. As the events and administrative coordinator, she works directly with the vice president to organize a range of events that enhances the holistic experience of students and staff at the University. Alex is also responsible for supporting the office’s communications efforts by managing websites, social media channels, and is a member of the Campus Life Development Committee’s communications sub-committee. 

Alex holds an extensive background in higher education from working in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Johns Hopkins University to website development at Duke University, and planning Wintersession events at Princeton University. She is a graduate from the College of New Jersey receiving a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Johns Hopkins University.

In her free time, you can catch Alex working as a barista at a local cafe or relaxing at home with her two cats, Leo and Wednesday. She enjoys all forms of photography, and probably has too many pictures of her cats in her camera roll.

Mark Simeon

Mark Simeon

Mark Simeon is a program coordinator at the Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering at Princeton University. In his role, he acts as a connector for many different organizations. He links startups with Princeton affiliates for future opportunities, students with resources to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey, and faculty with resources to address underlying biases within their field of study. Mark loves learning about new opportunities, ideas, and technologies and is always looking for new people to talk to.

Prior to this role Mark has worked as a client success manager at an event technology startup. Using his skills in project management and relationship management, he led client’s journeys through onboarding, implementation, and expansion.

Mark has received a Master of Science in leadership for creative enterprises, with a focus on project management for interdisciplinary teams from Northwestern University.

Letia Taylor

Letia Taylor

With a career focus on compliance management and process development, Letia joined Princeton University in the Office of Human Resources as the talent acquisition associate. She is responsible for managing the University’s employment eligibility verification process for faculty and staff, emphasizing work authorization. In addition, she oversees the hiring process for temporary staff positions and provides onboarding support for the talent acquisition team.

The foundation of Letia’s work lies in providing individuals with the confidence to complete important tasks in a timely fashion and in a manner that reflects her genuine care for their well-being, aligning with Maya Angelou's wisdom that “…people will never forget how you made them feel.” This philosophy highlights Letia's empathetic and people-centered approach to her responsibilities, where her commitment extends beyond procedural guidance.

Letia earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology at The College of New Jersey and holds a certificate in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace from the University of South Florida.

In her spare time, she enjoys time on the beach/boardwalk, going to the gym, and occasionally taking leisurely strolls in Target.

Brittani Telfair

Brittani Telfair

Brittani Telfair is an investment analyst at the Princeton University Investment Company (PRINCO), which manages the University’s $34 billion endowment. Her focus is supporting the University’s teaching, research, and financial aid programs through analyses that inform endowment-level decision making.

In 2022, Brittani graduated from Princeton cum laude with a B.A. in the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA). She studied race and public policy in both SPIA and the African American Studies department.

In her free time, Brittani enjoys trying new crafts. In the past year, she has experimented with ceramics, sewing, and crochet.

Brandon West

Brandon West

Brandon West serves as the assistant director of communications & technology for the Center for Career Development. In this role, he contributes to multiple communication and data assessment projects, including website development, social media management, and event promotion.

Brandon is a graduate of Rowan University where he holds a B.A. in computer science with a minor in communication studies, alongside a M.A. in strategic communication. While at Rowan, he spent his time outside of class working in Campus Life as both an undergraduate and graduate coordinator for student activities and campus events.

Born and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey, Brandon has a passion for communication and personal development. He enjoys photography, practicing martial arts, and playing video games in his free time.

Colleen Corbett

Colleen Corbett

Colleen Corbett Ruzycki joined University Advancement in 2019 and currently serves as a coordinator for volunteer engagement. In this role, Colleen collaborates with Advancement colleagues and campus partners to identify, recommend, and place alumni, parents and friends of the University in entry- through senior-level volunteer positions. She works to develop a broad understanding of the volunteer opportunities available across campus. In addition, Colleen helps to oversee the annual alumni trustee election process for Princeton’s Board of Trustees. She also coordinates with academic units on advisory council membership and best practices.

Previously, Colleen served as the operations manager for a non-profit focused on teen suicide prevention. She received her bachelor’s degree in media arts and design from James Madison University in 2016.

Colleen lives in Mount Holly, New Jersey and in her free time enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family.

Prath Devre

Prath Devre

Prath joined Princeton University’s Office of Finance and Treasury as part of the procurement services team in 2018. As category manager, he collaborates with the offices of the general counsel, dean for research, and information technology to develop a framework for responsible procurement within his categories, science and IT hardware. Prath also works closely with graduate students, faculty, and staff to provide procurement guidance and support for strategic projects that require risk management and contract review consultation.

Prior to coming to Princeton University, Prath was a purchasing manager for a regional paper company, a general manager at a family-owned restaurant, and also worked as a naturalist. He holds a B.S. in animal behavior from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Prath lives in Whippany, New Jersey, and as an avid birdwatcher can often be found in the wild with binoculars strapped to his chest.

Tiffany Flippen

Tiffany Flippen

Tiffany Flippen joined the Office of Human Resources in 2020. As the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) manager, she collaborates with administrative units to develop, support, and implement DEI strategies to further cultivate an equitable and inclusive Princeton. Tiffany also provides oversight and support to Princeton’s 12 employee resource groups. Additionally, she develops and facilitates various DEI workshops for staff.

Prior to arriving at Princeton, Tiffany had over 10 years of experience in people-focused positions as a DEI practitioner and human resources professional. Her areas of focus included leadership development programming for historically underrepresented populations, talent acquisition support, employee relations, and performance management. Tiffany holds a B.S. in accounting from Villanova University and earned a senior certified professional certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling, volunteering, and listening to live music.

Jonathan Haynes

Jonathan Haynes

Jonathan serves as the director of community for Princeton Investment Company (PRINCO). Their focus is deepening PRINCO‘s engagement with Princeton’s students, alumni, and the business community in a range of activities, including talent acquisition and sustainability initiatives. Prior to Princeton, Jonathan worked as a special advisor and ghostwriter for Microsoft’s corporate VP of government affairs. They are also the co-founder of Anti-Racist Midland, a community advocacy group based in their Michigan hometown. Jonathan graduated from Princeton in 2020 with an A.B. in politics and is a recipient of the Spirit of Princeton Award. They serve on the education committee of the John and Lillian Miles Lewis Foundation. In their free time, Jonathan enjoys playing saxophone, bass, and creating collages.

Rachel Lurie

Rachel Lurie

Rachel is an associate at the Princeton University Investment Company (PRINCO), which manages Princeton University’s $36 billion endowment through a global network of over 70 investment firms. She graduated summa cum laude from Princeton in 2018 with an A.B. in the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. She is a recipient of the Shapiro Prize for Academic Excellence and the R. W. Van de Velde Award, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Rachel is part of the Young Leaders Community at UJA-Federation of New York and sits as an observer on the board of the Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA). In her free time, she loves playing soccer, doing pilates, running, and exploring NYC.

Tim McNamara

Tim McNamara

Tim McNamara joined Princeton University’s Office of Finance and Treasury as a part of gift and endowment accounting in 2017 as an associate accountant. Still a member of gift and endowment accounting, Tim now serves as a staff accountant. As staff accountant, he collaborates with PRINCO, alumni and donor records, the Office of the General Counsel, budget, and many departments on campus to ensure gift and endowment transactions are processed according to standard operating procedures. Tim will be moving into a role mainly consisting of financial compliance reviews in order to verify that gift funds are spent as per donor restrictions.

Tim obtained his B.S. in accounting from Kean University in 2017. He is currently a few courses away from graduating from Rider University with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in business analytics.

Tim lives in Jackson, New Jersey and enjoys spending his free time with loved ones, traveling, researching interesting topics, and working on any vehicle with a motor.

Dom Olivera

Dom Olivera

Dom Olivera joined the Office of Undergraduate Admission in 2020. He currently serves as an assistant director, managing the review of Questbridge National College Match applications, in addition to recruitment, application review, and serving on the admission committee. As a member of the diversity outreach team, he also helps oversee the travel assistance program, enabling lower-income students admitted to the University to attend Princeton Preview at no cost, as well as organizing events to recruit students of color, first-generation students, and low-income students. He also has experience managing the office’s attendance at college fairs and assisting with various yield-related activities.

Dom earned an A.B. in public and international affairs from Princeton University in 2019. Prior to returning to Princeton, he worked in undergraduate admission at Colby College, where he managed college fair participation and the alumni interviewing program. He currently lives in Ewing, New Jersey and enjoys spending time with his wife, watching sports, and playing bass guitar.

Neena Robertson

Neena Robertson

Neena Robertson joined the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students in 2019 as the orientation program coordinator. In this role Neena provides event planning, management, and execution for all first-year student social experiences. She is also responsible for the selection, placement, and assessment of all first-year students in their respective small-group experience program. 

Prior to joining Princeton, Ms. Robertson has worked within higher education for the past eight years all within student affairs such as residence life and housing, student advising, and campus life activities. She continues to enjoy working with students through the lens of servant leadership and finding their strengths and creativity in all aspects of their work outside of the classroom.

She holds a B.A. in English from Drew University and an M.A. in organizational leadership from Rider University.

In her free time Neena is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and enjoys spending time with her dog, family and friends and listening to anything true crime.

Sarah Yoon

Sarah Yoon

Sarah Yoon joined the Office of Admission in 2021. As an admission officer, she assists in first-year application review, travel, recruitment, and serves on the selection committee. As a professional in higher education, she is invested in expanding access for historically underrepresented students, demystifying highly selective admissions, and incorporating cross-cultural competency practices into admissions. 

Prior to arriving at Princeton, Sarah was an admissions counselor at her alma mater, Barnard College. She got her start in higher education as an events coordinator at NYU Stern. 

She holds a B.A. from Barnard College and an M.A. in higher and postsecondary education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research interests include highly selective admissions, race-conscious affirmative action, the political consciousness of the Asian American community, and the Korean diaspora.

Debra Pino Betancourt

Debra Pino Betancourt

Debra Pino Betancourt joined the Center for Health and Wellbeing in 2018 as the program manager and grants administrator. In her current role, Debra manages the Center’s financial resources and assists with pre-award and post-award grant administration. She also oversees the visiting scholars program and supports various human resources related functions at the Center.

Prior to arriving to Princeton, Debra held a variety of roles in higher education institutions, which included administering federal and private grants, managing a diversity and inclusion program for nursing students, and facilitating onboarding programs for new hires. She holds an M.A. in higher education administration and a B.S. in accounting, both from Boston College.

In her free time, Debra enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exercising.

Jake Camarillo

Jake Camarillo

Jake Camarillo began in Princeton’s Office of Undergraduate Admission in 2018. As an assistant director, he works closely with the dean of admission to deploy the University’s first-year and transfer application review processes and consults on the office’s evaluative methodology. In addition to serving on the first-year selection committee and executing admission recruitment travel, Jake also assists in leading application review for all Princeton recruited student-athletes. He actively supports diversity outreach and college access efforts by reviewing applications for the QuestBridge National College Match, and previously helped lead the travel assistance program that financially supports low-income admitted students who visit Princeton’s campus. Outside of his admission work, Jake is a member of the Office of the Dean of the College Racial Equity Task Force.

As a graduate of Middlebury College with focus areas in political science, education studies, and gender and sexuality studies, Jake is passionate about student success and belonging to ensure that all members of the University community feel welcome on their campus.

Jake particularly enjoys trips back to his hometown of Tucson, Arizona where he can be found playing ball with his childhood pal and furry friend, Barkley.

Mitchel Charles

Mitchel Charles

Mitchel Charles joined the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students (ODUS) in 2021. As program coordinator, he advises student organizations on the full spectrum of their activities, including funding, ideation, and implementation. Serving as a bridge between student leaders and University offices, he fosters an understanding of and compliance with University policies. In addition to working with student organizations, Mitchel advises the Class of 2025 student government and plans some of ODUS’s marquee events, including the bonfire, the Orange and Black Ball, and skate nights.

Mitchel graduated from Princeton in 2018 with an A.B. in ecology and evolutionary biology. Prior to returning to Princeton, he worked in development at an environmental non-profit.

Mitchel lives in Philadelphia and when he’s not working, he can be found in the kitchen cooking, baking, or eating. 

Josh Faires

Josh Faires

Joshua Faires is an alumnus associate and program coordinator in the Emma Bloomberg Center for Access and Opportunity. They assist in recruiting, sustaining, and guiding the Scholars Institute Fellowship Program (SIFP), a mentorship community for approximately 500 first-generation and low-income (FLi) undergraduate students at Princeton. Joshua is also responsible for creating innovative programs for FLi students that prioritize mental health wellbeing, academic empowerment, and novel peer mentorship strategies.

Before their administrative position, Joshua held several positions in SIFP as a student. Their last position was as an administrative and graduate fellow, where they mentored 30 junior and senior FLi students through weekly group meetings and individual mentorship. They also assisted in digitizing the larger SIFP community in the COVID-19 environment of virtual learning, focusing on communities at higher risk of unstable housing, such as LGBTQ+ identifying students.

Joshua holds a B.A. in sociology and a certificate in gender and sexuality studies from Princeton University and an M.A. in sociology from Columbia University.

In their spare time, Joshua enjoys painting and designing drag art, dancing (salsa, bachata, belly), reading, and playing board and video games.

Mikki Hornstein

Mikki Hornstein

Mikki Hornstein joined the Department of Computer Science in April 2019. As the independent work administrator, Mikki manages all administrative and logistical aspects of the department’s undergraduate independent work and thesis program. She finds it both challenging and rewarding working in the largest undergraduate academic department and the only academic department to serve students seeking both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Engineering degrees. Mikki's primary focus is supporting students and their faculty advisers and advocating for student needs. She is also dedicated to continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and taking creative approaches to challenges to best serve students and faculty. Mikki has 10 years of experience as a higher education administrator, which includes experience as a study abroad advisor, career counselor, and academic administrator.

Mikki has a master’s degree in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University, and an associate’s degree in liberal arts from Middlesex County College. 

Ieisha Jackson

Ieisha Jackson

Ieisha Jackson is the manager of intercollegiate programming for Princeton Athletics. In this role, she oversees the scheduling of Princeton Athletics’ 37 varsity sports and serves as the game day event manager for select home athletic competitions. While coordinating with cross-campus partners to manage facility space schedules for athletic contests, practices, and special events, she also monitors all contractual arrangements for home and away intercollegiate contests.

Ieisha started at the university in 2018 as the director of operations for track & field/cross country, where she managed the teams’ day-to-day operations and administration including coordination of travel, meet management, and team equipment. Ieisha also served as the manager of event operations at Princeton prior to her current role.

Ieisha is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U) where she completed her undergraduate degree in sport management. Prior to arriving at Princeton, Ieisha served as the director of operations for track & field at Temple University. While at Temple, she received her master’s degree in sport business with a concentration in athletic administration. In the fall of 2019, Jackson was selected to Cal U’s inaugural Under 40 class. A former track & field student-athlete, Ieisha enjoys running and working out, watching sports, and spending time with her dog, Charlie. 

Christina Moreland

Christina Moreland

Christina Moreland has served in the Office of Undergraduate Admission since 2017, working primarily on the office’s diversity outreach team to support Princeton’s commitment to a diverse, inclusive student body. As an assistant director of admission, she supports the recruitment of underrepresented students to Princeton, including students of color, low-income students, and first-generation students. She works closely with college-access programs nationally, particularly the nonprofit organization QuestBridge. In addition to responsibilities with first-year application review, travel, recruitment, and serving on the selection committee, Christina also reviews applications from athletic recruits and oversees overnight hosting for prospective students. She has previously held roles managing and training staff on transcript review. Outside of admission, she is also a member of the Office of the Dean of the College racial equity task force.

Prior to arriving at Princeton, Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, sociology and education from Bowdoin College. She has previously worked in residential life and supported equity and inclusion work as an undergraduate student through training as an intergroup dialogue facilitator and participating in the college’s bias incident committee. Originally from Vermont, Christina now lives in Princeton, New Jersey and enjoys running, board games, and theater.

Tamika Smith

Tamika Smith

Tamika Smith joined the University Advancement Office in 2017. As an administrator on the alumni engagement regional affairs team, Tamika works in close partnership with the volunteer leaders of alumni affinity groups to ensure a broad range of on and off-campus engagement opportunities, communications, programs, and events. Tamika also plays an active role in planning and implementing affinity-based conferences on campus. In addition, Tamika administers the Princeton Prize in Race Relations program, a volunteer-driven initiative that recognizes high school-age students who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the cause of race relations in their schools or communities.

Prior to arriving at Princeton, Tamika was the special events coordinator for the Office of Student Affairs at Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia, Pa. Her work included planning annual events such as orientation, match day, and military commissioning ceremonies. She holds a B.A. from Smith College in Northampton, Mass.

A native of Camden, New Jersey, Tamika has a passion for working with underrepresented communities, specifically mentoring young women of color through her involvement with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family in her free time.

Michelle Thomas

Michelle Thomas

Michelle Thomas is associate director, supplier diversity in procurement services in the Office of Finance and Treasury responsible for spearheading Princeton University’s initiative to foster a diverse and inclusive supplier base. Michelle develops and executes strategies that champions and advances the case for diverse suppliers across Princeton’s procurement needs to include goods, services and treasury services. Also, she is responsible for building robust partnerships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to foster connections between both parties.  

Prior to arriving at Princeton University, Michelle held several administrative roles within the Federal Bureau of Prisons in the Department of Justice. Her last position was contract specialist where she supported procurement processes for three federal correctional institutions while following the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Additionally, she held the collateral position of federal women’s program manager and participated in activities such as reentry, recruitment, crisis support, and training.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in broadcasting, telecommunications, and mass media from Temple University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a graduate certificate in human resources from Penn State University.  

Geralyn Williams

Geralyn Williams

Geralyn Williams is a program coordinator in the Pace Center for Civic Engagement. She supports students and community partners in their collaborations through community-immersion experiences, offers training and learning opportunities with a specialty in advocacy and activism, and coordinates major center events like Month of Service and the Lift As You Climb Conference.

Prior to joining the Pace Center, she worked in the Mulvaney Center for Community, Awareness and Social Action at The University of San Diego. There she advised service and justice-centric student groups, coordinated center-wide retreats and trainings, and supported local community partnerships. She has a master’s degree in higher education leadership from the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in history from Rutgers University.

She is a self-identified Jersey girl, a baker, a sci-fi enthusiast, and a mental health advocate. She works in community engagement because she believes in the power of collectives to create and sustain radical positive change.  

Jon Zelnick

Jon Zelnick

Jon Zelnick joined Housing and Real Estate Services in 2017. As real estate services and projects coordinator, he leads the development, construction, operations, and transaction teams in the renovation and development of residential projects for rental and sale. He also works with partners across campus to lead research and analytical projects for the organization.

Before arriving at Princeton, Jon served in project management roles at the Silverman Group and Heatherfield Development. His work included the repositioning of a large industrial portfolio in South Florida and the development of custom homes and commercial office space in high-barrier-to-entry markets. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and earned a professional certificate in real estate finance and development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jon lives in East Windsor, New Jersey and enjoys spending time in the mountains, camping and skiing.
