Brian Taylor is a member of the Investigations Unit. He has served as general counsel, assigned trial attorney, and assistant solicitor for numerous public school districts, private and charter schools, and colleges and universities.

He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Wharton School of Business, and the Temple University Beasley School of Law. He has written numerous articles and presentations in the areas of education law and investigations.
